    A: Rent is charged separately. Utilities and other services are not included in the base rent.
  • Q: Which utilities are included in the rent and which ones are the resident's responsibility?
    A: No utilities are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for electricity and pay Garden View Terrace for water and sewer, pest control, trash, and common-area electricity.

    A: All units at Garden View Terrace are unfurnished.
  • Q: What in-unit amenities are included?
    A: In-unit amenities include ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and central heating.

    A: Garden View Terrace offers an on-site laundry facility.
  • Q: What community amenities are available?
    A: Community amenities include an on-site laundry facility, online rent payments, an on-site courtesy patrol, fitness center, swimming pool, and clubhouse.

    A: Yes. The on-site fitness center includes one treadmill, two stationary bikes, a multi-purpose resistance machine, a Pilates machine, and free weights.

    A: Yes. Garden View Terrace offers an on-site clubhouse and lounge area where residents can relax or gather with friends.

    A: Tours can be scheduled in person or online through the property website.
  • Q: Are you pet-friendly? What are the pet policies and fees?
    A: Yes. Garden View Terrace is pet-friendly. Residents may have up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds per pet. The pet fee is $300 per pet, with $20 monthly pet rent per pet.
  • Q: Is renters' insurance required for residents?
    A: Renters' insurance is not required. A Building Liability Waiver is available for $15 per month.
  • Q: What is the process to apply for an apartment?
    A: Applicants can apply online by submitting an application along with proof of identification and proof of income. Applicants may also apply in person at the property by completing a paper application and providing the required documentation.
  • Q: What is the lease length? Do you offer short-term leases?
    A: Standard lease terms range from 12 to 15 months. Short-term leases are available at an increased rental rate.
  • Q: Is there an application fee?
    A: Yes. The application fee is $50 per adult.
  • Q: Are co-signers or guarantors allowed?
    A: Yes. Co-signers and guarantors are allowed.
  • Q: How can I pay rent?
    A: Rent can be paid through the online resident portal or in person at the property using a money order or cashier's check.

    A: Yes. The community is pet-friendly, but there are currently no dedicated pet amenities such as a pet spa or dog run.

    A: There is no pet deposit. A one-time $300 pet fee is charged per pet, along with $20 monthly pet rent per pet.

    A: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Assigned parking spaces are not offered.

    A: There are no designated guest parking spaces. Guest parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    A: All utilities are set up by management except for electricity, which is set up by the future resident.

    A: No. Garden View Terrace is not a gated community.

    A: The community does not currently have security cameras but does have an on-site courtesy officer.
  • Q: How are emergency repairs handled?
    A: Emergency calls are received by the property manager and delegated to the on-site maintenance team. If maintenance is unable to handle the issue, an outside contractor is contacted.
  • Q: What public transportation options and bike/walk paths are nearby?
    A: WeGo is the primary public transportation option in the area. Bike paths are also available along Murfreesboro Pike.
  • Q: What schools serve the area?
    A: Schools serving the area include Glenview Elementary for Pre-K through 5th grade, LEAD Cameron for grades 5–8, and Glencliff High School for grades 9–12.
  • Q: Are there nearby grocery stores, restaurants, or shopping areas?
    A: Yes. There are a variety of restaurants just minutes from the community, including McDonald's and Popeyes. Kroger is approximately 1.8 miles away, and Dollar General is approximately 0.5 miles away.

    A: Nearby attractions include the Nashville Zoo, approximately 5.5 miles away; Adventure Science Center, approximately 4.8 miles away; Rose Park, approximately 5.3 miles away; and Mill Creek Kayak Canoe Launch, approximately 3.5 miles away.
